The action is set in the staff room of a language school that teaches English to older foreign students in Cambridge. The school is one of a number in the area. The play is set in the mid 1960s. The play centres on the various members of the teaching staff, their interactions at the school and their lives outside. The action takes place over a period of roughly three years.

Please note that we are performing this play as a rehearsed reading. Tickets are £5 across all categories. There will be two performances, one at 2.30pm and the second at 7.30pm.
